By entering into this Agreement and Consent to Telephone Marketing (“Agreement”), you authorize Green Leaf Caregivers, Inc. dba Firehaus (“Firehaus”) to deliver to you, or cause to be delivered to you, called advertisements or telemarketing messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice or text message (“Telemarketing”), to the phone number provided below. The Telemarketing you agree to receive includes calls and text messages related to marketing, advertisements, and promotions run by Firehaus. Standard call and text messaging charges applied by your phone company will apply to any calls and text messages you receive.
If, after signing this Agreement, you wish to opt out of the Telemarketing, you may text “STOP” from the mobile device receiving the messages to the phone number from which you received the Telemarketing. You may also email Firehaus at 2000 Cotner Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025 or call 323-515-9333 to opt out. By signing below, you represent and warrant to Firehaus that you own and control the phone number listed below, and that you will take steps to opt out from Telemarketing prior to relinquishing or transferring that phone number.

The Order Updates you agree to receive include, but are not limited to, assembly of an order, readiness of an order for pick-up, dispatch of a delivery driver, electronic payment/delivery receipts, and similar. Standard call and text messaging charges applied by your phone company will apply to any calls and text messages you receive.
If, after signing this Agreement, you wish to opt out of the Order Updates, you may text “STOP” from the mobile device receiving the messages to the phone number from which you received the Order Updates.
